Cleaning Instructions: We recommend that you rinse your copper bottle regularly with warm water. For a thorough cleaning, you can also clean it with warm water and a drop of liquid soap and then rinse well. Copper oxidises over time, which can lead to discoloration inside and outside. This is a completely natural process and the patina is not harmful to health, nor does it have a negative effect on the quality of the drinking water. If the patina bothers you, just add a pinch of salt, baking powder, or a small amount of vinegar on a slice of lemon and rub it gently over the surface of the copper. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
